Certification Coins and Plaque
Insperity's sales persons, Business Performance Advisors, all go through a rigorous certification process involving 9 business courses and a business simulation. The client wanted a way to track participant's course completions along with giving them a memento of the journey to becoming a Certified Business Performance Provider. I came up with a system of custom-minted coins to award after each course is completed. There is a framed plaque that holds all the coins for each completed course and a final certification coin. To create the plaque I worked closely with the printer to choose the right paper, ink and embossing/debossing. The final piece is meant to be displayed on their desk; showing either the completion of all the courses or their progress.
